2. Returns

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging.
  • Non-returnable Items: Certain items are exempt from being returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. Please refer to the product description for specific return eligibility.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process all returns.

3. Return Process

  • Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
